PHOTO GALLERY OUTDOOR-LANDSCAPE Laser Starfield Projectors using BlissLights Spright & LS20G-SZ
Spright firefly landscape projectors are a hit across the USA for 2012 Christmas lighting displays. We sold thousands of Spright landscape projectors for homeowners, amusement parks, city centers and public parks all over the world since they were invented. All of the laser beams in the photo below are from a single SPRIGHT Laser Starfield Projector mounted on the top of the Candy Cane pole in the foreground. An even better effect is achieved by using the LS20G moving beam version which brings all the laser beams to life by moving in different directions simulating believable firefly appearances. See the moving beams in the latter section of this video by clicking here.
Here examples of lighting effects using our BlissLights Landscape Laser Starfield Projectors. These photos can give you some ideas about how to use these projectors in your yard and events to get the best effects. I am sorry to say that recording the lighting effects of these laser projectors in photos and videos is very difficult so that you should know that what you see in these photos and videos is only a small number of the beams that are seen by the human eye. The effect of moving beams on leaves and branches gives the magical appearance of fireflies or lightning bugs flying thru the landscape. See how the laser beams permeate the landscape for up to 100 yards in 160 degrees from the lens!

This is the “AFTER” photo showing a hint at the magnificent display as the sun set into darkness.

The Spright stake light projector has become immensely popular with thousands being sold in 2011 as they were just being introduced. Here you see how the Green Spright and Blue Spright are combined for an even more dazzling display that shows beautifully against this white building. Lighter colored surfaces always display the projections best.
Here you can see how the laser beams become visible as three dimensional rods of light when they pass through steam here at the Baldi Hot Springs in Costa Rica. The same effect is very popular in night clubs by using fogger or hazer machines or outdoors in fog or smoke. Have someone puff out their cigarette smoke in front of the projector as see the amazing visual effects.
Here you can clearly see the 3D laser beams as they pass through the steam in the sauna cave at Baldi Hot Springs.
See how the laser beams add their sparkling effects on the steps and shrubs nearby on this demonstration section using a handheld laser projector with a smaller spread so it doesn’t cover as much area as the famous Spright or LS20G.
You can see the laser beams distorted by the surface of the water but only a video could reveal the beautiful dancing variations of the beams as the surface of the water ripples. This is also even more exciting when the laser passes thru steam rising off of the surface of a spa or hot springs and the 3D rod of laser light bounces as the ripples affect the projection.

Green laser beams fill the landscape and all the surrounding area wherever a Spright with stationary beams or the LS20G-SZ with moving beams, are installed.

Here the BlissLight Blue indoor projector is being used outdoors during warm dry weather for spectacular displays combined with the Green Spright at the base of the tree.

Here is another display where the BlissLight Blue is on the porch where it is safely warm and dry while a Green Spright is under the tree in the distance where it will operate in rain and snow down to negative 15 degrees fahrenheit while using only 10 watts of electricity on the 12 volt circuit.

See how the Blue Spright can be used to cover this large building with laser beams. The Blue Lasers are not as bright or visible so it is valuable to project them on a white surface such as this to see the laser beams. The Blue Spright can be disappointing on green shrubbery since the bright Green Spright is much more visible. All of our Indoor Laser Projectors including the Bliss 15, Bliss 50, Starry Starry Nights and Blisslight Blue are commonly used at warm and dry summer parties, weddings, barbecues, dances and gatherings of all sorts and then brought indoors for year round pleasure. These indoor versions can be harmed by moisture and will stop emitting light temporarily if temperatures drop below 60 degrees.

By pointing a Bliss 15 or Bliss 50 down into the perfect display surface of a swimming pool you can actually “dive into space”. Here is another outdoor setting where these Bliss 50 projectors are being used in safe warm dry conditions for spectacular displays.

Here is a fantastic display in Pixie Hollow at Disneyland, where numerous LS20G-SZ laser projectors are mounted to add dazzling faerie dust to the Faerie Village there. The hollow stump in the foreground is bright with the beams from the projector hidden there.

This outdoor display is augmented by Green and Blue Sprights which must have been mounted far away considering the small number of beams in this photo.

Here you see the effects of a Green Spright on leaves of grass that become “other wordly” in this new lighting effect. The effect of moving beams on leaves and branches gives the magical appearance of fireflies or lightning bugs flying thru the landscape.

See how the Green and Blue lasers add a sparkling effect to the white tent fabrics and hanging lamps with their lights off or down low.
Holiday lighting is the most popular of events for the new Spright and LS20G-SZ . Thousands of homes covered their walls and landscape in beams from a single projector so that they never had to take out a ladder to cover their house with strings of lights. When the holiday is over most home owners decided to keep the projector in use the rest of the year since there is nothing particularly seasonal about this low cost lighting display.

Even a single palm tree can be transformed by a Spright stake light type projector at it’s base.

When the laser beams pass thru fog or smoke the full length of the beams become visible. Be sure to experiment with this added magical effect even if it is just a stick of incense or cigarette. A puff of smoke instantly looks like fireworks when it is near the projector. Try looking towards the projector thru the smoke and it is like travelling thru space in Star Wars movies.

Watch the laser beams cover your home and landscape nightly as the sun goes down and your home becomes a magical fairy tale.

Here is an example of using a Bliss 15 or Bliss 50 indoor projector outdoors during fair weather to get the added Blue Cloudfield effect for a starry night sky appearance that the BlissLights Laser Starfield Projectors are famous for. As long as the temperature of the projector stays above 60 degrees and dry it is fine to operate it outdoors for these effects on structures or landscape. The common “pop up” white tents, domes and other shade structures make perfection surfaces for these projectors. Brides often request this Starry Night lighting effect for their ceremonies or receptions!

Here is the new Spright packaging which includes the transformer with every unit. We do recommend that you consider using a light sensing transformer or controller as a way to make the display turn on every evening at dusk which is constantly changing so that timers always need adjusting.

The Green Spright has become the most popular new landscape lighting effect with thousands of laser beams travelling hundreds of feet in 160 degrees at temperatures down to negative 15 degrees.
The LS20G with it’s moving beams creates magical settings from Disneyland to thousands of homes across the nation.
