Are your laser projectors too bright for your eyes?

Viewing laser beams may be too bright for some persons preferences so there are ways to soften this effect by putting a clear plastic or other “filter” material in front of the laser beam lens. It is always best to start by using the instructions you will find posted here on our web site.

I have experimented with the hard clear plastic containers that you might get a corsage, piece of pie or other product inside of. By simply placing the clear plastic in front of the lens the beam’s effects on the eyes are softened but it will also distort the laser beams to varying degrees.

The best solution is to mount the projectors overhead so that no one is looking towards the lens but when this is not possible try a clear “filter” to see if that solves the concern.
