Laser Starfields fill the Tanglewood Forest in Nevada City

Tanglewood Forest’ owner and founder, Marci Wolfe, and I have appreciated how her magical forest settings and my laser starfields would fit together for years but finally put them together so that her store is illuminated by a Bliss 50 Laser Starfield Projector over the front door when they are closed. You can see how this beautifully fills the forest scene with the blue nebula cloud and thousands of moving laser beams. I also placed a small Laser Stars projector back by the cash register so that you can see some of the effects behind the cashier during the day too. I was pleased that the very next customer to walk in the door commented “you are covered with green beams” as soon as she entered, even in the bright daylight.

Marci is famous for her creation of handmade faerie characters with very realistic attributes. Her Nevada City store is filled examples of her artistic creativity and select artists from around the world.

The Deer Creek Inn is showered in Laser Starbeams

Here are some photos of the Deer Creek Inn with the newly installed “Spright” BlissLights Landscape Laser Starfield Projectors here in our home town of Nevada City. Photos can only show a few of the thousands of pin point laser beams that the eye can see, but you can get the impression until you get your own display. This is just one of the many local businesses as well as homes decorating with this popular new landscape decoration. Nevada City prides itself in going all out with Halloween decorations so the Deer Creek Inn is starting things off with a bang with this explosion of starbeams. You can see this display at the bottom of Nevada Street where it meets Broad/Boulder Streets at the bridge, across from the public parking lot. This impressive display is using two projectors consuming only 3 watts each of electricity. The light sensing transformer automatically turns them on at dusk for 8 hours or as long as desired.

Laser beam sightings all over Nevada City!

You will be seeing more Laser “Fireflies” around Nevada City this winter as we will be adding “Spright” Laser Starfield Projectors to the Deer Creek Inn at the bottom at 116 Nevada St. across from the public parking lot there.

Each evening you can spot our popular laser fireflies in the forest to the left of the OUTSIDE INN at 575 East Broad St.
If you look carefully you will also see some of our Red and Green Laser beams in the landscape decorations purchased last year of Lance Amaral for his famous holiday lighting display at his home on Pasquale Road just off of Red Dog Road leading to Cascade Shores.
You can also get a hint of the indoor Laser Starfield Projector’s effects at the Sushi Q restaurant at Commercial St. where they have the low cost Laser Stars projector on display even though it is difficult to see the effects due to the bright lighting in their dining room.

Here the lovely model, actress, musician, Crystal Keith shows off the beautiful lighting effects found by using the www.DancingWings.com fine fabric wings to capture the lasers in gorgeous ways. You too can create fantastic images like these by using our projectors in a dark room and introducing fair skinned models, a fog machine, white clothing, lingerie, gossamer and organza fabrics and the dancing wings. The effects are even more spectacular in person. No one wanted to leave the session so we carried on for 4 hours into the evening.
